Bones-Vertebral body(spine), Sacrum(top of tail bone), Coccyx(end of tail bone) Joints- Invertebral foramen, invertabral disc (where the nerves come out of your spine) Ligaments-the tendons that help add support for your muscle to hold on to for function and movement.
Nerves-nerve roots (how your brain communicates with the rest of your body) Muscles-muscles, the way your body receives the messages from your brain
Your spine consists of 33 vertebrae-24 are movable and 9 are fixed.
