He will use your Innate Eating Questionnaire to come up with a meal ratio plan to help you enjoy your new eating habits and get to your “Wellness” body weight. This also includes 3 cheat meals a week. He will utilize the Back to Life System to help guide you to healthy eating patterns that reduce inflammation and supply most your nutritional value from what you are eating. Life changes and stress changes are reasons to keep up regular with your Innate eating and meal ratios plans. The Back to Life System makes this an easier process.
