There is no magic bullet that makes you healthy.  There are about 45 plus magic bullets hitting their target week after week that improve your health.   There are certain targets you need to hit continuously to improve your health.  There are all kinds of  ways to shoot the bullets but they must hit their target again and again.   The Back to Life Checklist is a Cliff Notes version of health that is Wellness based without drugs & surgery and duly tested.  It is a compilation of techniques come over years of schooling, doctoring, private practice, continuing education, seminars, trial and error, research,  and more. Each category on the Checklist is important for Wellness Care and should be done using the checklist boxes to the right.  You can also use your score sheets to help determine which areas need more focus while creating a habit while others might already be a habit.  Each category has activities that have instructions and forms for you to do with estimated times to do them and how often. All the forms are in different tabs on this website under each Wellness Category.   There are often YouTube videos to help on our channel.  Then once a month we meet to do scores, work on checklist and journal (goals and successes) together or you can start your own group.

There are two checklist.  One for adults and one for children.  Your one check box away from moving to Wellness.  Keep Charging!

 

These Sheets are made for legal size paper but can be done on regular sized paper.
